What to Write About

• Corrections – if a guide is wrong or outdated after a system update, a new console revision or a subscription change, please include the article link and, if possible, a source such as an official support page.
• Topic suggestions – a PS5 or Xbox setting that confuses you, a backward compatibility question, or a studio or series you want explained.
• Feedback – what is useful, what is unclear and what we could do better.
• Privacy requests – questions about data covered in our privacy policy.

Please note that we cannot provide technical support, repairs, warranty help, refunds or account recovery for any console, subscription or game. Those requests should go to PlayStation Support, Xbox Support or the publisher’s official support team.

We are a small independent team and usually reply within three to five business days. Correction reports are prioritised.
